It's great, go check it out. I love this place! Some items are overpriced, those they sell in other stores such as a $5 mochi ice cream box everywhere else, but they charge $10 for theirs. And, other stuff like some standard tea brands that are $2 less in other places and canned food. But, they sell items you can not find anywhere. So, I stick to buying things there that I can't find anywhere in the city and U go to get their fresh produce because I can buy everything I need in one place. Fresh herbs, huge portion of fresh mint compared to other grocery stores. Sprouts by the lb, several types of fresh mushrooms I haven't found anywhere else. Also, the management is super kind and helpful. Very friendly and do what ever they could to help me find what I need. I'd rate it a 5 ***** but they need to make things more affordable! The $16 earrings are online from China for about $5-10. I overspend every time I go because of how pricey everything is. I'm only able to go shopping there occasionally because of that.
Love this place. I go out of my way to come here over super g or other similar places. The food court is unmatched. Love the Peking ducks hanging right there. They have a diverse seafood selection. Where can you go and there’s a bucket of live frogs and turtles. Also they have a great selection of household pantry products I find myself needing to replenish constantly.
Had a great shopping experience at the New Asia Market. I needed a specifically Chinese market and this place has a lot I was looking for! They have far-beyond your standard chile oil they have so much variety, they probably have that weirdly specific ingredient you are looking for! The fish smelled very fresh and clean I really enjoyed seeing the fish looked great. The food was good too can't wait to go back! Great prices!!!
They have a wide variety of groceries as well as fresh food. They are usually well stocked though the prices have tended to increase over time. Compared to other local Asian markets, it is a decent size, offering a selection items from different Asian backgrounds like Indian, Chinese, Vietnamese, Filipino, etc. Their fresh food area is cafeteria style, with some seating and offers Chinese food for dine in or takeout. They also have a small bakery, chinese BBQ and some fresh steamed items like bao. They also have live fish, crustaceans and a small butchery area. If you are wanting to make a simple Asian meal or pick up some familiar snacks, this is the place to visit however there are other markets in the area that offer a wider variety.
We stopped by here after shopping at Charlotte Premium Outlets. We bought (4) baked buns, (2) fresh tofu with caramel, & ordered a beef chow fun & combo pan fried noodles. Beef chow fun was excellent, almost perfect. I wish they brown the noodle a bit. Noodle was wide & soft. Beef was tender & bean sprout was crunchy. Pan fried noodle was also great even on the next day. Fresh tofu was yummy, wish they add ginger to the caramel sauce. Buns were large & soft. Grocery prices were very reasonable. Wife bought a few dry goods & fruits.
I really like this New Asia Marker! They have a wide variety of products: lots of fruits, vegetables, chips, sweets, drinks, as well as frozen and ready-made meals. Everything is fresh and reasonably priced. It’s convenient to quickly find everything you need in one place. I recommend it if you want to diversify your diet and try something new!
